Drive in or book ahead
Pop by anytime between 8am and 6pm, or book a slot online if you want to skip any wait. We're on Ledyard Close, just off the A49.
Choose your package
Tell us what you need. Quick exterior wash before a date? Full valet because the in-laws are visiting? We'll sort you out.
Grab a cuppa
Our waiting area has free coffee, tea, and Wi-Fi. Catch up on emails or just watch us work through the window. Some people find it oddly relaxing.
Drive away happy
We'll walk you around the car before you leave. Not satisfied? We'll fix it on the spot. That's happened maybe three times in eight years.

Do I need to book in advance?
Not for most services. Walk-ins are welcome and we rarely have queues longer than 15 minutes. That said, if you're after a full detail (the 4-5 hour job), it's worth booking ahead so we can block out the time. Saturdays between 10am and 2pm are our busiest — book online if you're planning to come then.
What products do you use? Are they safe for ceramic coatings?
We use Autoglym and Gtechniq products — both pH neutral and completely safe for ceramic coatings, PPF, and vinyl wraps. If your car has a coating, let us know which one and we'll adjust our process. We won't use any wax-based products on ceramic as it defeats the purpose.
How long does each service take?
Quick Rinse: 15-20 minutes. Full Works: 40-50 minutes. Deep Clean: about 2 hours. Showroom Detail: 4-5 hours (we'll give you a call when it's nearly done). These times can vary a bit depending on the state of your car — if there's dog hair embedded in every surface, add some time.
Do you wash motorbikes, vans, or caravans?
Motorbikes: yes, we have a dedicated bay. Vans up to Transit size: yes, add 30% to the car price. Larger vans and caravans: give us a ring and we'll quote based on size. We've done everything from Lamborghinis to horse boxes.
What if it rains right after my wash?
British weather, right? If it rains within 24 hours of your visit and you're not happy with the result, bring the car back and we'll redo the exterior for free. Just show us your receipt. This has only been claimed a handful of times — turns out cars with fresh wax actually shed rainwater quite nicely.
